Menus

As the often quoted adage says, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail!” Meal planning is important to success as you change your diet. It saves money and time, and that last minute panic of what to fix for dinner. Many of the recipes you find here can be started or completely prepared ahead of time. Most of them have basic ingredients that can be altered to suit your own taste. The ingredients are simple and relatively easy to find. My emphasis is on fresh, whole foods and not on fancy and time consuming meals.
 

In this part of the site, I have included some basic menus. Feel free to copy and use them, as is, or change them to suit your own preferences. I have also included blank menus to print out and use for your own planning. The recipes that are on the menus are linked to the recipes on this site. Recipes may also be copied for your own use. Some of the menus are dinners only and so I have included ideas for breakfasts, lunches and snacks.
