carrots cut into large chunks

medium onion chopped

can diced tomatoes or ¼ cup cooking wine or wine vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

sprigs of fresh rosemary or 1 tsp of dried rosemary

bay leaf

Put in crock pot on high and cook for 3-4 hours or low for 8-10 hours. Remove meat and vegetables and thicken gravy.
