Add 2 cups broccoli or spinach or 1 chopped onion, or crisped bacon, or ham, as desired.

Blend first six ingredients together. Add cheese and any vegetables or meat and pour into 2 pie plates. Bake the mixture at 375 degrees for 40 – 50 minutes or it is set. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
