Deviled Chicken

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Melt the butter in a shallow roasting pan. Add the stevia, mustard, salt and curry. Stir until combined.

3. Roll the chicken pieces in the butter mixture until coated, then arrange them skin up in the pan.

4. Bake for 1 hour.
