Lamb Curry

2-3 lbs lamb shank

water

2-3 sliced carrots

medium sliced onion

cloves garlic

can diced tomatoes

Curry powder to taste

Sea salt and pepper

cooked rice

Cook shank in water until tender. Separate meat and shred. Reserve broth for soup. Sauté onion, garlic, and carrots. Add meat, rice and tomatoes. Heat and adjust seasoning
