2-3 small lamb chops or small cuts of lamb

4-5 cups of vegetables fresh or frozen

15oz can tomato puree

Oregano

Basil

Parsley

The lamb chops can be put in raw in with the rest of the ingredients. Ground meat is better cooked first. Then add all of the other ingredients. Add spices to taste. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about an hour and a half until lentils and rice are done and flavors are blended. This could simmer on very low heat all day if you start it in the morning. Another option is to put this into a large crockpot on low temperature in the morning so it will be ready by evening.
