Mexican Omelet

Salt and black pepper to taste

butter or coconut oil

ground beef

cumin

tsp

chili powder

tsp

dried garlic

Sour cream

Salsa

Beat eggs and water until well mixed.

Sauté ground beef with spices.

Heat omelets pan or skillet to medium heat and add butter and ¼ of egg mixture.

Let omelet set and spoon on ground beef filling on ½ of the omelet.

Fold over and slide onto a plate.

Repeat for all four omelets.

Garnish with salsa and sour cream.
