pork chops 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick

soy sauce

cloves

garlic clove, crushed

drops

Stevia to taste

blackstrap molasses

1 1/2

grated fresh ginger

Preheat oven to 325. Marinate the chops with the rest of the ingredients for at least 20 minutes. Bake the chops in a shallow roasting pan for 60 to 90 minutes until done through. Brush once or twice with the leftover marinade while cooking.
