Stir-Fry

cooked beef or turkey or seafood

medium onion

green pepper

2-3 cups of fresh or frozen vegetables sliced

¼

cup

of naturally fermented soy sauce

garlic cloves

Tbs

fresh grated ginger (or 1 tsp dried ginger)

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame oil to taste

of cooked brown rice

Slice meat thin and sauté in olive oil or coconut oil or use leftover meat. Slice all other veggies. Remove meat and sauté onion, pepper and garlic. Add other vegetables in order of the length of time it will take to cook them.

Add sesame oil to taste.

Serve over brown rice or rice noodles.
