Thai Chicken Basil Stir-Fry

boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into ½ inch cubes

frozen, crosscut green beans

1. Combine the fish sauce, soy sauce, stevia, and xanthan gum in a blender. Blend and add the basil and red pepper flakes.

2. Stir-fry chicken, garlic and onion for 3-4 minutes, and then add the green beans. Cook until chicken is tender.

3. Stir the blended seasoning mixture into the stir-fry and simmer for 2-3 minutes
